Then come and join our global team as Executive Assistant (f/m/d), to support the global DX SLS Leadership team in this central and visible role. In this position, you serve as the organizational backbone and thought partner, as well as trusted liaison for the leadership team.


This position can also be located in Tarrytown, NY (USA).


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the entire executive office management for the global DX SLS leadership – professionally, proactively, and with confidence.
  • You manage appointments, prioritize calendars, organize meetings, workshops, and leadership formats, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
  • You support the Head of SLS and the Head of Finance SLS in preparing impactful presentations, reports, and analyses to optimally position strategic SHS-SLS topics.
  • You organize national and international business travel (flights, hotels, visas), prepare travel expense reports, and handle the overall tax assessment of non-cash benefits.
  • After your onboarding, you will independently take on supporting commercial tasks and actively contribute your own improvement suggestions.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training program.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable assistant or executive support role, ideally in an international environment.
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as experience with SAP.
  • Knowledge of internal guidelines at Siemens Healthineers is an advantage.
