Then come and join our global team as Senior M&A Project Manager (f/m/d) Siemens Healthineers, to to lead global M&A projects.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You work on complex acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects.
  • You independently coordinate internal departments as well as external advisors to prepare and support transactions. This also includes identifying, clarifying, and elaborating key decision parameters.
  • You advise management during transaction negotiations within the scope defined by board resolutions.
  • You develop transaction structures as part of an implementation strategy and conduct profitability analyses of M&A initiatives and valuations, in close coordination with (project) management.
  • You prepare documentation and materials for executive and governance bodies.
  • You continuously support acquisition and divestment decisions and contribute to the company-wide portfolio management process.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration, economics, or finance.
  • You bring extensive professional experience in project management in connection with M&A transactions, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • You have many years of experience at an internationally renowned investment bank and have acted as an advisor on major global M&A transactions.
  • You possess extensive experience in functional leadership, ideally in an M&A environment. Through this, you have developed the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organization, including the Executive Board and business unit leadership.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have extensive knowledge of business processes and organizational structures within an international corporate environment.
  • You have experience working in international teams and have lived, worked, or studied abroad.
  • Due to our international interfaces, you are fluent in English for professional negotiations; German language skills are an advantage.
  • You are highly results-oriented and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, while collaboratively delivering on our high standards as part of a team.
  • Depending on the project and its stage, you are willing to undertake occasional international business travel (on average approximately 10%), which does not pose a challenge for you.
