This 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in finance within Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings (SI B), a global leader in smart building solutions. Your Impact:

Drive a project to improve transparency and speed in key financial processes, enabling actionable insights and potential standardization across the U.S.

Support day-to-day financial topics in close alignment with the Field Finance Head.

Increase transparency of value flows through digitalization, automation, and AI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Line Management, Sales, and Operations.

Receive mentorship from Siemens Smart Infrastructure leaders and teams.

Who We’re Looking For:

Innovative problem-solvers who thrive on finding efficient solutions to complex challenges. If you want to make an impact on the future and contribute to Siemens’ success, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

Education: Pursuing an MBA, Ph.D., or Master’s in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent)

Experience: 5–10 years of relevant finance experience in a global industrial company

Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 weeks (May–July or June–August)

Location: Hybrid – combination of onsite work at designated office and remote work (no relocation or housing stipend provided).

Global Mobility: Willingness and ability to relocate internationally for participation in the Siemens Finance Excellence Program (FEP) upon successful completion of the internship.

You’ll Benefit From
The hourly pay range for this position is 56 per hour for first time Interns or 56 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
