Project Manager for Signalling Projects (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Manager for Sinalling Projects (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team!
Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project objectives, requirements, and plans, ensuring technical feasibility, proper resource allocation, and continuous progress monitoring.
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, assess performance, and report/escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, gather detailed requirements, and ensure clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk management and ensure full compliance with processes, documentation standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and third parties, including negotiation and management of claims.
- Understand contractual obligations, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure technically robust claims and variation orders (VOs).
- Develop delay analyses (EOT), cost and productivity assessments, and alternative project scenarios in collaboration with technical teams.
- Prepare and present claims, manage escalations, and support negotiations with clients.
- Produce structured reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and monitor relevant emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Tax, and Compliance.
- Participate in training, conferences, and prepare supporting technical documentation (spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps).
Your Profile:
- Strong leadership, ability to manage ambiguity, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to interpret and prepare international contractual documentation, including technically sound claim justifications.
- Critical thinking, complex problem‑solving, negotiation skills, and active listening.
- Social awareness and strong intercultural competence.
- More than 3 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a similar field (mandatory).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
- Availability to travel.
