We are looking for a Senior Executive Logistics – Railway Infrastructure

You’ll make a difference by:

Responsibilities

  • Project Import Registration & Project Reconciliation, Project Closer in customs different undergoing metro project.
  • Handling CCR related activity in getting different types of licenses required for importing as and when required.
  • Coordinate transportation for normal loads, special oversized loads, hazardous and Complex international shipments by all modes of transportation.
  • Ensures compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations related to logistics and delivery.
  • Project warehouse management.
  • Handling the repair cycle for the faulty items.
  • Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for achieving projects delivery milestone.
  • Coordinate between various internal teams, i.e., Engineering, Logistics, Procurement, Project Management & warehouse for respective inputs.
  • Ensure timely flow of Information required for arranging the delivery.
  • Communications and coordination within the global project team, departments, project managers and stakeholders within the business unit related to global Project Logistics and SCM activities.

You’ll win us over by:

  • Candidate must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 7-8-year work experience in Handling warehouse and logistics function for MRTS project.
  • Must have experience of leading a warehouse team.
  • On hand exposure related to Project import closure and registration process in customs.
  • SAP MM ERP module would be an added advantage.
  • Strong Quantitative and analytics skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey analytical findings and recommendations to project management team.
  • You are familiar with taking care of multiple internal and external partners in an intercultural environment to achieve a common target.
  • You are used to prioritizing and managing your own time effectively and to think creatively, where necessary.
  • You have a precise and result-oriented style of working and you know how to present the essentials to the management.
  • A fluent command of English is necessary for this role.
