System Engineering Team Leader for MV GIS Goa works, take care Contract Review at booking stage, preparation of details Engineering execution planning & engineering drawings. Aware on latest IEC / IEE standards applicable to MV switchgear. Secure the approval from concern authority and timely loading to factory. & monitoring to ensure maintain / improve engineering optimization, support in bringing closer to open topic about contract if any on engineering front.


Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Technical Expertise
o Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and standards.
o Proficiency in software tools such as EPLAN, E-Base, and AutoCAD.
2. Specification & Documentation
o Review customer specifications and ensure clarity in drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
o Maintain accuracy and consistency in engineering documentation.
3. Execution & Problem-Solving
o Resolve day-to-day execution issues effectively.
o Support peers to achieve faster and efficient project execution.
4. Collaboration & Communication
o Actively participate in customer discussions and cross-functional team meetings.
o Present and defend engineering opinions confidently.
5. Performance Monitoring
o Maintain and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Objectives for the engineering function.
o Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
6. Continuous Improvement
o Identify opportunities to improve KPIs.
o Drive initiatives for productivity enhancement and process optimization.

Qualification: - BE Electrical with 5-10 years' experience,
