Product Manager

Smart Infrastructure – Electrification & Automation 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the product development of Medium Voltage (11kV to 33kV) Switchgears. The primary responsibilities include:

• Understand and collect the technical requirement of Medium Voltage switchgears
• Coordinate with Product-Life-Cycle department and drive the product development to suit the local market
• Liaise with the factories for technical implementations  
• Provide technical support (Pre-Sales and After-Sales) to the clients on trouble shooting and project execution for Medium Voltage switchgears in HK and Macau market
• Build up and maintain the client relationship with potential / existing customer accounts, including consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the project documentation in accordance of internal ISO system, safety, health, environmental and quality requirements
• Comply with IMS requirements, safety regulations and quality system within the company

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering and other equivalent disciplines
• 8 years of working experience in Electrical Engineering is preferable.
• Strong understanding of the medium voltage industry and switchgear technology would be an advantage
• Good communication skill and high initiative to take up challenges
• Can work independently with customer focus
• Well-versed in MS Office, software programming and AutoCAD applications
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
