What will be your new mission?


 

Join our Commercial Business Services team as a Business Administration Specialist and play a key role in our Compliance & Quality Support operations.

You'll coordinate our controlling projects, manage documentation workflows, and serve as the central point of communication between customers, factories, sales regions, and headquarters. Your focus will be ensuring all project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets our quality standards while supporting smooth business processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

 Assess projects and ensure timely offer preparation using Offer Management tool. Organize and coordinate kick-off meetings for relevant projects. Coordinate open projects and facilitate communication between customers, factories, sales regions, and HQ. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Support various requests to ensure smooth business processes.

Required Experience & Education

     
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or Controlling
  • Education in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting (university or high school level)
 

Languages:

     
  • Fluent English (B2+ level) is required
 

Core Competencies:

     
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team while handling independent tasks
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Technical skills:

     
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas are a must)
  • Willingness to learn new digital tools
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
 

Professional Qualities

     
  • Professional Communication – Maintaining clarity, respect, and confidence in every interaction
  • Proactive Support – Ability to understand customer needs and build trust through active listening
 

Working hours:

 

You'll work fixed office hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is based in our Ostrava office with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 times per week.
