The One Software Engineering System (OSES) project is a key Siemens initiative aimed at boosting developer productivity and creating a unified software development ecosystem. We implement modern, automated toolchains and best practices to deliver customer value faster, safer, and with higher quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop fullstack applications (frontend and backend) using modern technologies.
• Contribute to the integration of OSES platform and tools.
• Design and implement automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with international teams in an agile environment.
• Ensure code quality and compliance with security standards.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Serverless (e.g. AWS Lambda).
• Familiarity with Observability tools (e.g. Grafana, Datadog).
• Understanding IaC (e.g. Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• Proficiency in version control (GitLab) and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

• Openness to learning and applying new AI‑based technologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
