Job Description
Title: Business Development Professional

Department: SE GT- PR SW OM-D GIS
Location: Aurangabad


The candidate will be responsible for driving business in domestic market by close coordination with regional sales & controlling the cost through optimized solutions while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibility:
1. Analyze the technical and contractual requirement of the tender and process required clarification
2. Coordinate with Sales & BD team to drive technical requirements
3. Engage with clients for technical clarifications / resolutions & acceptance of our standard product
4. Technical offer preparation of HV GIS system & Costing & Pricing of the offer
5. Risk assessment & mitigation
6. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to develop most optimized solution within the financial guidelines
7. Support sales during negotiation 
8. Acquire order to meet the financial goals

Qualification & Skills:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering 
2. 6+ years of experience in High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear products & tendering for domestic market
3. Team Player
4. Customer centric & result oriented approach
5. Professional expertise in MS Office
6. Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills
7. Self-motivated, quick and assertive
8. Adaptive to changing market dynamics
9. Collaborative & Well coordinated
