Roles and Responsibilities : 
  • Purchasing & Procurement Expertise: A deep understanding of the entire procure-to-pay cycle, from identifying needs and sourcing suppliers to issuing purchase order
  • Negotiation Skills: Securing the best possible terms on pricing, delivery, and quality with vendors and suppliers.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of forecasting demand, maintaining optimal stock levels, and understanding the logistics of product movement- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with procurement software, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systes SAP and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Must be strong communicator to articulate needs clearly to internal teams and build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse Internal, External suppliers and vendors.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: The role requires making timely, sound decisions, to address issues like delivery delays or quality problems. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple purchasing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Must be strong communicator to articulate needs clearly to internal teams and build strong, collaborative relationships with diverse Internal, External suppliers and vendors.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: The role requires making timely, sound decisions, to address issues like delivery delays or quality problems. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple purchasing activities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Imports : Deep understanding of customs laws, tariffs, free trade agreements, Incoterms, FTWZ Transactions
  • Experience in coordinating with 3PLs (third-party logistics providers), freight forwarders, and CHA
  • Knowledge of Protection Relays
Candidate Profile 

  • B.E or Diploma with 7-10 Years of Relevant Experience
