Powering the transformation to a data-driven organization, the Data Intelligence & Automation team of Smart Infrastructure provides data services and solutions to enable the business to use the power of their data.

 

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our AI DevSecOps team. This on-site role requires close collaboration with international team members, business collaborators, and technical experts to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI use cases. The Product Owner will play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy by focusing on internal process automation, productivity enhancement, new business opportunities, and ensuring that our AI initiatives are aligned with enterprise goals.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership skills, business acumen, and hands-on experience with AI-driven technologies. They will serve as the main point of contact for business partners, bridging the gap between strategy and execution, and providing consultation on AI topics to enable the organization to unlock its full AI potential.

 

Your new responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy: Define, own, and prioritize the AI product backlog in alignment with business goals and technical feasibility

  • Translate business requirements into actionable AI use cases for DevSecOps and beyond
  • Drive the lifecycle of AI solutions—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement

Business Engagement & Consulting: Act as the main contact between business collaborators and the AI DevSecOps team

  • Consult and advise business units on AI opportunities, feasibility, and implementation approaches
  • Support stakeholders in identifying AI-driven process automation and productivity enhancement opportunities

IT Delivery & Implementation: Ensure high-quality delivery of AI products in collaboration with cross-functional and international teams

  • Work closely with engineers, data scientists, security experts, and operations teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions
  • Establish measurable success criteria (KPIs, ROI, adoption rates) for implemented AI solution

Leadership: Lead DevSecOps team and ensure a complete scalable setup and cultivating an environment that enables innovation

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and standard processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • Validated experience as a Product Owner or similar role within AI, data-driven, or technology-focused environments
  • Solid understanding of (gen)AI/ML technologies, process automation, and productivity-driven solutions
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and secure AI/ML deployment practices
  • Excellent participant management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated AI concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in international, multi-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to lead multiple priorities

 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with AI governance, model lifecycle management, and compliance considerations
  • Knowledge of cloud-native AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Snowflake AI, etc.)
  • Background in consulting or business analysis for AI-driven initiatives
  • Certification in SAFe PO/PM
