You want to shape these transformations – join us by implementing the following:

  • Act as trusted advisor to our global businesses with end to end ownership for providing risk guidance on environmental, social as well as associated human rights, and reputational matters on a global scale (downstream due diligence).
  • Independently drive the analysis of global ESG, human rights, and geopolitical developments, translating emerging trends into strategic insights and scenario implications for Siemens and the sectors we serve.
  • Steer the design and enhancement of Siemens’ corporate due diligence architecture, ensuring material ESG and human rights topics are systematically identified, prioritized, and embedded across processes and decision-making.
  • Hold end-to-end responsibility for the conception, development, and rollout of tailored environmental, social, and human rights training and engagement programs, building organizational capability at scale.
  • Lead the integration of AI and data intelligence into corporate due diligence and risk management processes, shaping how advanced analytics are used to identify, assess, and manage ESG and human rights risks.


Next to being proactive, courageous and passionate about sustainability you excel in:

  • Education
    • University degree (Master's or equivalent experience) in business administration, economics, sustainability management, human rights law or a similar degree.
  • Experience & Skills
    • 3+ years of professional experience in international corporations, consulting, or audit firms with a particular focus on sustainability, environmental, social, and human rights risk due diligence, responsible business conduct, and training development.
    • Deep knowledge of applicable international standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
    • Practical experience with, or a keen interest in, using artificial intelligence to enhance corporate due diligence schemes.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, being able to adapt to different types of stakeholders.
  • Ways of working
    • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, combined with a hands-on approach well suited to a small, high-performing team, and experience working closely with senior leadership in large organizations.
    • You thrive in autonomous roles, appreciate a collaborative and engaging culture centered on excellence, and demonstrate a willingness to exceed core responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Languages
    • Business proficiency in English, German language skills will be positively evaluated.
