You want to shape these transformations – join us by implementing the following:

  • Support risk assessment as part of our downstream due diligence work and help provide risk guidance to businesses on environmental, social as well as associated human rights, and reputational matters on a global scale.
  • Help sharpen our corporate due diligence schemes and ensure that material topics are adequately and effectively integrated.
  • Conceptualize and develop tailored environmental, social, and human rights related training and engagement concepts for capacity building purposes.
  • Build and leverage AI enablement and data intelligence in our corporate due diligence and global risk oversight work.
  • Support disclosure on human rights related progress as part of the company’s CSRD reporting and for ESG ratings & rankings purposes.
  • Help perform materiality assessments to identify material human rights related topics for due diligence scope embedment.


Next to being proactive, courageous and passionate about sustainability you excel in:

  • Education
    • University degree (bachelor’s or equivalent experience) in business administration, economics, sustainability management, human rights law or a similar degree.
  • Experience & Skills
    • First professional experience (1-2 years) in international corporations, consulting, or audit firms with a particular focus on sustainability, environmental, social, and human rights risk due diligence, responsible business conduct, and training development.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable international standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
    • Early experience with, or a keen interest in, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance corporate due diligence schemes.
    • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ways of working
    • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, combined with a hands-on mindset well suited to a small, high-performing team, and experience working closely with senior leadership in large organizations.
    • You thrive in autonomous roles, appreciate a collaborative and engaging culture centered on excellence, and demonstrate a willingness to exceed core responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Languages
    • Business proficiency in English, German language skills will be positively evaluated.
