Then come and join our global team as a Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize marketing activities that support business goals, strengthen market presence, and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with sales, business management, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives across the entire product portfolio.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement Siemens Healthineers’ marketing guidelines, programs, and standards across the full product portfolio.
  • Advise business leaders on marketing-related topics such as market analysis, pricing, positioning, and competitive landscape
  • Select, coordinate, and manage external marketing service providers; review and approve deliverables.
  • Contribute to budget planning and prepare marketing-related analyses and reports.
  • Conduct market research and support the development of effective pricing strategies.
  • Provide marketing support to sales teams, including creating and deploying customer-facing materials and campaigns for the full portfolio.
  • Develop and execute customer-segment-specific sales and marketing concepts.
  • Lead and support outbound marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility and demand generation.

Your qualifications and experience:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector with a strong understanding of the technology and market dynamics.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
