Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support, coordinate, and partially lead the implementation of QEHS standards, guidelines, and processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO and other relevant international standards.

·       Contribute to developing and maintaining the Integrated Management System in alignment with company policies and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

·       Support preparations for third-party certification audits to maintain/acquire ISO certifications.

·       Assist QEHS leadership, management teams, and support functions in achieving QEHS objectives and performance targets.

·       Participate in promoting and rolling out QEHS programs and initiatives, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness.

·       Plan and execute internal audits, inspections, and assessments, including follow-up on corrective actions.

·       Help ensure identification and fulfillment of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

·       Support implementation of QEHS risk management principles within projects, processes, and products.

·       Prepare and submit QEHS reports in line with local regulations and Siemens internal requirements.

·       Facilitate effective QEHS communication with internal stakeholders, external parties, and authorities.

·       Deliver training and awareness sessions on Quality, EHS, and relevant best practices.

·       Assist in planning and implementing product safety guidelines.

·       Conduct supplier/contractor QEHS evaluations as required.

·       Support management of customer feedback and related corrective/preventive actions.

·       Ensure adherence to EHS materials compliance and sustainability guidelines.

·       Maintain schedules, records, and QEHS data trends, generating analytical reports when needed.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline.

·       3–5 years of experience in QEHS within industrial, engineering, or project environments (corporate/site exposure is a plus).

·       Certifications such as NEBOSH IGC and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 Internal Auditor are preferred.

·       Lead Auditor certificates are an advantage.

·       Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong digitalization spirit.

·       Excellent command of Arabic and English.
