Senior Product Engineer

Job Duties
We are seeking a dynamic and professional product engineer (PE) for Siemens EDA’s leading power analysis platform.
As a PE, you will be responsible for driving product deployment and usage with customers. You will maintain customer relationships, drive the adoption of products, and define solutions to solve customer problems. You will be closely working with product marketing teams to define product requirements and prioritize features. You will be working closely with product development and marketing teams to connect customer challenges with Siemens’ current and emerging technical solutions. You will build technical marketing collateral and demonstrate Siemens EDA’s power platform in conferences and events. You will also be closely working with application engineering teams to continuously drive adoption of our products, clearly define customer requirements and provide regular feedback to the development team and jointly publish technical papers, success stories, and articles with customers.
You are encouraged to possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Domestic and International travel may also be required.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D to drive the roadmap for next-generation power platform.
- We are looking for someone to manage technical relationships with Siemens’ existing customer base. Develop a network of technical relationships at a peer-to-peer level with both our customers and the product engineering teams.
- Delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to audiences including users, managers, and decision-makers.
- Influencing product direction by gathering customer requirements and defining the use models that drive the product development and marketing teams.
- Participating in new feature specification, development, and validation processes to ensure the product will meet customer requirements.

- Self-motivated team player with a zeal to drive high team performance. Education: B.S.E.E or equivalent; M.S.E.E. or equivalent preferred.
- Experience between 2 to 5 years in RTL design, synthesis, and power analysis with design teams, CAD teams or EDA.
- Are you someone with an understanding of RTL and Gate power analysis, clock-gating, and power reduction methods and techniques!
- Knowledge of Verilog/VHDL, SDC, Simulation, and RTL synthesis. Knowledge of physical implementation will be an advantage.
- TCL, Perl, or Python scripting is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exposure to sales and applications environments is a plus.
