Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Marketing Intern to support our Americas MotorSports Program. You will be working with the sponsorship manager in the areas of planning and executing events, creating compelling marketing content and case studies and providing administrative and project coordination support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of motorsports events, including customer hospitality programs, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. Think trackside events, industry expos, and VIP experiences
- Content & Case Study Collaboration: Support the development and release of compelling motorsports-focused case studies, success stories, and marketing collateral, showcasing how Siemens technology drives performance on the track.
- Administrative & Project Support: Provide essential administrative and project management support to the Motorsports Field Marketing Manager, helping to keep all initiatives running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate student in pursuit of a Marketing, Business, or Engineering degree.
- Hybrid for students local to Livonia, MI; remote students also eligible.
- Strong organizational skills with confidence to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences and provide regular, clear status updates.
- Self‑motivated and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the willingness to take initiative and lead groups ranging from senior executives to fellow interns.
- Familiarity with Siemens software and product is a strong plus.
The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location, as well as degree type and relevant education. The hourly pay range for this position is 18-50 per hour for first time Interns or 18-50 per hour for returning Interns. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
