Join our Digital Industry as the Partner Sales Manager and help us transform the everyday by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Achieve Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets within assigned region/customers.
  • Generate and implement initiatives for the sales of complete DI portfolio through channels.
  • Generate and implement customer development plans for the existing and new channels.
  • Maintain and manage existing customers in the region. Create brand awareness for Siemens Channels.
  • Regular update of customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.                                 
  • Implement Electronic Order processing with assigned customers throughout the region.
  • Actively promote CS portfolio elements throughout the region to maximize Life Cycle Business with assigned customers.                                                                                                                                  
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction.   
  • Develop siemens business with end users.     
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.              
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with Siemens strategic objectives.             
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the territory.
  • Ensure compliance with Siemens policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.

Your success is grounded in

  • Strong knowledge of product sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/Electronics Engineering.
  • 5-6 years of experience in account management, customer-facing sales or similar roles.
  • Willing to travel within Oman.
  • Knowledge on Oman Ecosystem and market landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
