We are looking for: Product Owner – Industrial AI

You’ll break new ground by:

• Lead the product roadmap and feature pipeline for Computer Vision solutions based on business needs
• Lead and guide teams of ML developers and engineers across the full lifecycle - requirement gathering, build, deployment, and BAU support
• Work closely with business partners to understand manufacturing processes and convert requirements into clear IT work
• IT Service Management proficiencies including expectation and risk management
• Knowledge of budgeting and financing of an IT Service
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Regional IT and Cyber Security to integrate solutions into OT environments
• Partner with global vendors and technology partners
• Build arguments and conduct cost–benefit analysis for new initiatives
• Present plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership (CXO engagement is a plus)
• Travel to global factory locations to deploy AI and Computer Vision products
• Train factory teams on usage, adoption, and basic understanding of deployed solutions

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 15+ years in IT, with strong exposure to AI/ML or Computer Vision initiatives
• Consistent track record managing technical teams and driving delivery outcomes
• Experience working with large IT service organizations
• Hands-on exposure to service setup, transition, and delivery governance
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Ability to connect business outcomes with technology execution
• Validated communication and partner leadership skills
• Comfortable working in global and multi-functional environments
• Proficient in English required, German a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering or related team
• MBA will be an added advantage
• Experience speaking publicly to executive leadership
• Exposure to industrial/OT integrations
• Experience deploying AI solutions in factory settings
• Willingness to travel globally as required for implementation and partner engagement
