At Siemens GBS, we are expanding our services and currently looking for a proactive colleague to join our team of Order Management Specialists in Ostrava. If you are looking for a job position in which you can use German and English on a daily basis and continue to develop your career in a large company with diverse portfolio of projects, you came to the right place! 

What your new role looks like?

  • Processing and execution of orders or contracts in the system (SAP)
  • Contacts with customers via email/phone
  • Customer support when using the webshop
  • Close cooperation with various internal departments
  • Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
  • Handling warranty and return process
  • Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

  • Good written and verbal communication in German and English
  • Experience/background in logistics/customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
