Your mission will be… 
The Salesforce CRM Champion is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to effectively operating, maintaining and developing CRM related business processes, systems and documenting business requirements. The Salesforce CRM Champion must be able to communicate equally with business owners, users, and IT professionals globally. This role will serve as champion, problem solver and trainer. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Primary business interactions include Software Sales Operations and Enablement Team, Global Software Sales Team, Key business stakeholders, Corporate CRM Team members, other CRM vendors and service/solution providers. 

Responsibilities:
Siemens Grid Software Business Unit Champion for CRM, being the go-to expert in Salesforce.com for the business. Understanding thoroughly how the system works and making sure it meets the organization needs;
Interpretation of data, being able to discuss trends, initiatives, recommendations;
Ensure data quality and integrity and perform cleansing of data in close cooperation with HQ Sales and the Sales Regions;
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to the Sales Regions, Marketing and Management;
Provide analytical and business support to other sales operations tools;
Community management and onboarding of new users;
Documentation and communication of best-practice solutions, processes, and user guidelines;
Creation and delivery of regular SFDC business process information and training for the users;
Interfacing with the Software Sales Operations and Enablement Team, Global Software Sales Team and Key business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements, converting them into user stories and driving implementation;
Support for development and testing of SFDC enhancements and interfaces including AI technologies;
Represent business in Scoping, Planning, Prioritization in collaboration with Corporate CRM Team.

We are looking for someone with…
Undergraduate degree or comparable, alternative professional commercial education and long-term related experience;
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com champion, as well as in an agile development environment using sprints to deliver new features; 
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions;
Solid understanding of Software Sales oriented business processes as well as of business data management, analytics, and modelling;
Strong knowledge in salesforce.com and MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
Salesforce.com Trailhead Credentials are desired, experience within Siemens is a plus;
Experience with CPQ is a plus - Analytical skills and structured work style;
Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from various departments and contribute to team projects. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are also valued traits;
Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
Willingness to adapt to changes in technology, business processes, and organizational priorities. Openness to learning new skills and technologies as needed;
Very good communication and presentation skills;
Fluency in English is mandatory.
