We are looking for: Sales Support Operator (Project Planner)

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting bid managers to plan projects during the Sales phase by translating the scope and converting it into a Schedule with the needed resourcing plan
  • Create project schedules that outline milestones, tasks, timelines, critical path and resources for all projects
  • Collaborate with relevant functions to accurately forecast the resources needed for each project
  • Continuously support and align with Project Managers and Responsible Salesperson to help for the project schedules.
  • Create project scenarios, Identify and communicate potential risks and support the development of mitigation strategies during the Sales planning phase
  • Update cross-functional stakeholders in weekly meetings on upcoming resource demands, facilitating the resource allocation process within the Data Centers team
  • Align with factory planners and procurement for a short and long factory forecast
  • Continuously support Project Managers / Support teams to help them maintain project schedules throughout the execution phase
  • Maintained structured documentation and progress tracking to support smooth execution in a
    fast‑changing, high‑pressure environment.
  • Responsible for monitoring schedules, S-curves & histogram, which helps facilitate Management and project management team to review and track progress to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines
  • Develop and continuously improve planning processes, approaches, and tools.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • BTech/MTech degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in creating plan, scheduling, monitoring and supporting project planning within Data center, offshore/ construction environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Planview,).
  • Certification in Primavera P6 Project Management (preferred)
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • Power BI skills is a plus
  • Knowledge of planning methodologies, project management and sales processes.
  • Basic understanding of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction work processes.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
