The Service Sales Enablement Manager / Service Sales Subject Matter Expert plays a critical role in driving growth across the SU Zone by developing comprehensive, customer‑centric service solutions. This role interfaces with customers, operations, sales, portfolio teams, and regional stakeholders to craft full‑scope offerings—with particular emphasis on Sustainability Energy Services, Asset Management solutions, and Area executed services. The position is responsible for shaping strategy, advancing opportunities, and strengthening Siemens’ service portfolio penetration across new and existing accounts.
As a Service Sales Enablement Manager / Service Sales Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Lead the development of new service opportunities across the SU Zone, shaping the overall vision, strategy, and direction for service growth.
- Identify, pursue, and secure profitable service business opportunities, leveraging the full Siemens service portfolio.
- Maintain strategic engagement throughout proposal, development, and sales cycles to ensure compelling, value‑driven service solutions.
- Collaborate closely with regional and local sales personnel to drive mutual growth between SIB Solutions and Services teams.
- Partner with SU Zone sales teams to embed service solutions into all new system and project opportunities.
- Work with procurement to refine existing vendor agreements and onboard new strategic vendors.
- Identify customer needs through discovery and data‑driven insights; develop prioritized recommendations for service agreement enhancements, upgrades, and escalations.
- Communicate effectively with Siemens leadership, management teams, and external stakeholders to advocate for service program strategies and business cases.
- Create accurate and competitive service estimates, proposals, and deliverables for both new and existing opportunities.
- Deliver service presentations to customers, sales teams, development teams, and operations to articulate capabilities and value propositions.
- Ensure service offerings are included in all projects and PC project proposals
- Train and support SU Zone sales and operations teams on the complete service portfolio, tools, capabilities, and customer value outcomes.
- Maintain proficiency with Siemens sales tools, forecasting platforms, and service estimating tools, ensuring high‑quality pipeline visibility.
- Develop detailed service delivery plans in collaboration with customers to define scope, deliverables, and expectations for service agreements.
- Conduct project workshops after PM10 with sales and development to scope services into every opportunity.
- Be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication and executive‑level presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Siemens service portfolio and sales lifecycle
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic thinking paired with tactical execution
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct experience with energy efficiency and distributed energy services
- Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to represent Siemens professionally and positively; must thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required
- Candidate must reside in the contiguous United States near a major airport
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, or other Applied Science
- CEM (Certified Energy Manager) and LEED AP (Accredited Professional)
- Experience in sales support, business development, or B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales experience

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
