You’ll make a difference by:

• Clarify requirements and technical documentation for rolling stock spare parts with regards to fire protection and special manufacturing processes (e.g. welding, bonding) with internal and external suppliers
• Close collaboration with technical experts, design engineers, and quality representatives
• Strong ability to communicate service requirements to stakeholders
• Excellence in quality assurance and time management
• Proficiency in adapting to new digital tools
• Outstanding team player with excellent communication skills

Your success is grounded in:

• Proven in-depth knowledge of railway industry standards including:
• Fire protection (particularly EN 45545), Welding processes (particularly EN 15085), Bonding procedures (particularly EN 17460)
• Fundamental understanding of rail vehicle construction and architecture
• Business fluent in English (written and verbal) and good working knowledge of German
• Background in rail vehicle spare parts management, maintenance operations or rolling stock engineering
• Experience in representing (service) requirements to suppliers and design teams
• Track record of quality-focused project delivery and deadline management
