Are you detail-oriented and passionate about problem-solving within Accounts Receivable processes?

We are looking for an AR Dispute Analyst to act as the key liaison between customers, collections, and internal business teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of billing and payment disputes. This role plays a critical part in protecting cash flow, improving customer satisfaction, and driving process efficiency.

As an AR Dispute Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-reported billing and payment disputes.

  • Ensure clear communication, proper documentation, and timely follow-up on all dispute cases.

  • Reconcile disputed items in collaboration with the Cash Collector Specialist, validating discrepancies and payment allocations.

  • Request and gather missing documentation from business units based on customer feedback.

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive dispute resolution and secure alignment across all involved areas.

  • Monitor dispute progress to confirm readiness for customer payment processing.

  • Maintain accurate case records, actions, and final resolutions within ERP or financial systems.

  • Analyze dispute trends and proactively recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Advanced English level (C1 – written and spoken).

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Customer Service is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/financial systems.
