We are looking for: Senior Cloud Developer (Azure, .NET & PowerShell)

You’ll break new ground by:

• Design & implement event-driven services on Azure Functions, including durable workflows and resiliency patterns (retries, idempotency, dead-letter handling).
• Build reliable messaging with Azure Service Bus (queues/topics), ensuring throughput, ordering, and back-pressure.
• Model data and implement access patterns for Azure SQL and Cosmos DB with attention to cost, performance, and observability.
• Secure workloads with Managed Identity, Key Vault, and least-privilege RBAC; establish safe secret rotation and access boundaries.
• Develop APIs and integrations in C#/.NET; use PowerShell for administrative automation and operational tooling.
• Set up monitoring and telemetry using Azure Application Insights—define meaningful metrics and traces, enable distributed trace correlation, create actionable dashboards, and configure alerts for production health.
• Improve delivery practices through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD using Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code with Git repositories in Azure DevOps; champion clean builds and repeatable releases.
• Document designs and runbooks that make operations straightforward and audits efficient.
• Collaborate proactively across product, architecture, security, and support; mentor peers and help set engineering standards.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 7 to 12 Yrs of experience of Senior-level experience designing and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and Managed Identity/RBAC.
• Strong C#/.NET development background (async/concurrency, REST APIs, fault tolerance) and PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Solid grasp of distributed systems fundamentals: messaging patterns, idempotent processing, schema/versioning, and safe retries.
• Practical experience with Azure Application Insights (metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting) and production incident response.
• Proven in Visual Studio/VS Code + Git (Azure DevOps) workflows; advocates for code quality, testing, and repeatable releases.
• Communication & collaboration: clear, concise communication; able to partner across functions and with external providers to drive outcomes.
• API Management, Logic Apps, App Insights/Kusto queries, and performance/load testing.
• Enterprise platform know-how (service account governance, ITSM workflows).
• Experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 integrations across Exchange Online, SharePoint, and MTR/MTP scenarios.
• Participation in architectural design reviews and decision records.
• Iterative delivery with small, well-scoped changes.
• Design proposals for complex work; peer reviews for code and integration changes.
• Automate what hurts to reduce operational toil.
• Shared accountability for production reliability and continuous improvement.
• Collaboration first: open communication, constructive feedback, and shared ownership across teams.
