You'll make an impact by

  • You support our team in developing and preparing management summaries and presentations, contributing your insights to conceptual questions in the field of Customer Experience Management
  • Additionally, you help create and maintain HTML templates and continuously improve internal guidelines, processes, and structured documentation
  • By assisting with questionnaire testing, functionality checks, and translation quality assurance, you contribute to maintaining high standards in our projects
  • Furthermore, you monitor market and competitor activities related to CXM topics and provide timely input for presentations as well as current ad-hoc requests

This is how you'll win us over

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a university degree program, ideally in business administration, psychology, communication, digitalization, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Initial experience in consulting, project management, or corporate environments is an advantage
    • Strong affinity for customer experience topics and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
    • Basic understanding of data visualization, preferably with Power BI
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate a structured working style, quick comprehension, and a proactive, reliable team spirit
  • Languages: You have excellent German and English language skills
