We are looking for: IT Solution Expert - SAP BIS data loading / Snowflake DevOps Expert

You’ll break new ground by:

• Serve as the technical SME for data acquisition through Snowflake and SAP Integration to SAP ACS/BIS SME for Siemens Compliance and Integrity Screening platform, providing guide mentorship and operational reliability on technical solution architecture, integration, and operational standard processes.
• Business Services and Operations of Data Flow, ETL Pipelines, SQL Optimization and Solve from SAP to Snowflake and vice versa.
• Support technical operations related to Siemens Data Cloud (SDC) based on Snowflake, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data quality.
• Drive operations initiatives within the SAP and SDC environment, including improvements, automation, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to align capabilities with business needs.
• Solve and resolve sophisticated issues across the landscapes.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and service workflows.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 7–12 years of experience as an IT Solution Authority in SAP BIS data loading and/or Snowflake DevOps.
• Shown experience as a generalist or pipeline‑centric Data Engineer working with Snowflake and SAP ECC6 / SAP S/4.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP ACS (Assurance and Compliance Software) and SAP BIS (Business Integrity Screening) development and operations (preferred).
• Proficiency with compliance frameworks, IT Service Management based on ITIL4, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience with ITIL4-based IT service delivery, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-system environments with global data flows.
• Good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle participant expectations, including clients and project teams.
• Ability to deliver clear documentation and communication regarding processes and progress.
• Ability to analyze sophisticated compliance requirements.
• Skill in reviewing sophisticated system issues and business process inefficiencies to identify root causes.
• Ability to propose, build, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work optimally with multi-functional teams, including developers and business users.
• Strong coordination and teamwork skills with team members in various roles.
• Willingness to supply expertise while respecting other points of view.
