JOIN US! WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS. THIS IS YOUR ROLE

Role Purpose

Own and lead end-to-end order management for components business-from demand intake through SAP order execution, providing order confirmations with delivery date,  tracking reviews, delivery adherence, and cross-functional closure-while ensuring production feasibility (takt time, capacity,

sequencing) and driving resolution of quality/technical issues impacting customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management Ownership (E2E)

  • ·       Own order entry, validation, prioritization, and fulfilment for components business.
  • ·       Run daily/weekly SAP-based order tracking reviews, highlight risks (capacity, shortages, quality holds), and drive closure.
  • ·       Ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) through proactive expediting, promise-date governance, and exception management.

SAP Execution & Governance (Operational Excellence)

  • ·       Ensure robust SAP transaction discipline for: order creation/release, material availability checks, pick/issue alignment, and order confirmations aligned to production orders.
  • ·       Drive clean master/transactional data practices for planning & execution (BOM/routing/work center/capacity fundamentals as relevant to the role).
  • ·       Lead improvement of dashboards/reports for backlog, adherence, shortages, WIP, and delivery performance.

Production Planning Interface (Takt Time | Capacity | Feasibility) .

  • ·       Translate demand into executable plans with PPC/Production: takt time, line loading, bottleneck management, and finite capacity alignment.
  • ·       Review and challenge production plans with capacity reality; drive sequencing and prioritization based on customer/penalty/criticality.
  • ·       Coordinate material readiness and constraints resolution with SCM/Procurement.

Technical & Quality Problem Resolution . Use strong technical understanding to triage and support closure of quality issues/non-conformances impacting dispatch (MRB holds, rework loops, deviations).

Lead cross-functional containment and recovery plans with Quality/Engineering/Production/Suppliers; ensure recovery dates are committed and tracked in reviews.

Autonomous Business Leadership

  • ·       Act as an autonomous business owner for components order book: own results, drive governance, and influence without authority.
  • ·       Lead stakeholder communication with internal teams and (as applicable) customers on status, risks, and recovery plans.

Key Interfaces

  • ·       Manufacturing
  • ·       Production / PPC / Industrial Engineering . Quality, Engineering (Manufacturing/Design), Supplier Quality . Procurement, Warehouse/Logistics, Finance

  • ·       Ability to connect technical/quality issues with delivery impact and recovery planning .
  • ·       Drive collaboration to resolve issues in a CFT environment.
  • ·       High ownership mindset; able to lead independently with minimal supervision

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • ·       Order confirmation to orders
  • ·       OTD / Delivery Adherence for components business .
  • ·       Backlog health (aging, critical backlog, promise-date stability) .
  • ·       Order cycle time (release-to-ship) and schedule adherence .
