Job Title: Business Administration Team Leader  

You'll make a difference by:

  • Leading Strategic Financial Oversight: Driving the Business Unit’s objectives by overseeing targets for sales, profit, and cash flow, while ensuring accuracy in monthly financial closing and reporting.
  • Partnering for Growth: Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to define bidding strategies and capture new business through expert commercial and financial guidance.
  • Optimizing Operational Excellence: Leading the preparation of critical commercial documents and serving as a key approver (L3) to ensure all business transactions meet internal standards.
  • Championing Process Innovation: Continuously evaluating and improving organizational procedures to boost team productivity and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Managing Risk and Compliance: Steering the business through effective asset management and contract negotiations, ensuring all legal and commercial terms protect the entity's interests.
