Commercial Presales Specialist

You’ll create impact by
- Asses customer financial creditability
- Responsible as commercial support on various types or stages of pre-sales:
- Participate and in charge of all commercial & financial aspects of the bid and the proposal in a timely and complied manner
- Perform pre-sales administrative tasks such as Bank Guarantee opening,
- Present the commercial aspects in an internal meeting with Management for bid approval.
- Negotiate with customers with regard to the commercial terms and conditions in the contract within company guidelines to close deal
- Prepare the commercial documents for product homologation and beauty contests, if needed.
- Counter part of with the Partner Manager to manage, assess and promote the performance of Partners
- Analyze sales representative achievement and monitor with the company target requirements
- Co-operate with Stakeholders including but not limited to external Customers, Sales, Proposal, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Accounting, Export Control, Treasury to ensure the sales documents are aligned with Customer Requirements and our own company rules and regulations
- Support sales representatives to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Understand customer (commercial) needs and requirements, and provide solutions that address them
- Responsible and manage all commercial aspects of marketing efforts from initial concept development through completion, if needed.
- Flexible for travelling (if required)
Your defining qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Advanced Degree in finance
- Contract management experience, communication and negotiation skill
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the pre-sales
- Good language proficiencies in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Full time working at office
