Apply now for the position of Project Manager – Digital &Automation (Healthcare IT) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will Lead end to end delivery of complex Healthcare IT projects including PACS/RIS/VNA, CVIS and eHealth Projects. Own Project planning, execution, governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment from kick-off through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Your role:

  • Lead technical workstreams across integration, infrastructure readiness, environments, testing, and deployment.
  • Facilitate requirements and design workshops; convert outcomes into work packages and milestones.
  • Quality, Testing & Go-Live
  • Drive SIT/UAT planning and execution; ensure traceability, evidence, and defect triage process.
  • Own go-live plan, rollback approach, and operational handover.
  • Ensure documentation completeness: runbooks, support matrix, escalation paths.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Manage stakeholders across customer IT, clinical users, vendors/partners, and internal delivery teams.
  • Responsible for Project Delivery & Governance
  • Project documentation including SOW, technical and handover documentation.
  • Own project scope, plan, timeline, budget tracking, resourcing, and delivery governance.
  • Execute assigned projects according to time, budget and scope
  • Ensure proper project execution and customer satisfaction with outcomes
  • Proper stakeholders’ management internally and externally for project success
  • Establish and run projects: weekly status, action tracking, steering updates, decision logs.
  • Maintain Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies with clear mitigation and escalation.
  • Manage change management: CR intake, impact analysis (time/cost/scope), approvals, documentation.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s in engineering / health informatics (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in project &/or implementation management for Healthcare IT / Enterprise IT / Digital Health Projects.
  • Proven experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Strong technical exposure in:
  • Interoperability: HL7 / FHIR, IHE concepts, APIs
  • Imaging workflows: VNA/PACS integration, DICOM, image exchange
  • Integration engines
  • Cloud/hybrid deployments networking, security basics
  • Strong experience with full lifecycle delivery: requirements → design → build → test → go-live → stabilization.
  • Must-have PM Skills
  • Expert planning and control: WBS, critical path, dependencies, resource levelling.
  • Governance and reporting that senior stakeholders trust.
  • Strong risk management and escalation judgment.
  • SOW discipline: roles & responsibilities, assumptions/exclusions, acceptance criteria.
  • Structured, accountable, and proactive (owns problems, closes loops).
  • Strong communicator: translates technical topics for non-technical leaders.
  • High integrity and strong follow-up discipline.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation.
