About Electrification & Automation:
Electrification and Automation Vertical Sales supports growth and market development across data center, semiconductor, and emerging energy markets through advanced electrical and digital solutions.
The product portfolio and package solution includes but is not limited to medium voltage switchgear (AIS & GIS), Outdoor Circuit Breakers, MV Control, Power Equipment Centers, Overhead distribution products, low voltage motor control centers, photovoltaic (PV) Inverters, BESS solution, Microgrid, distribution transformers, protection and automation devices / system, field services and ancillary MV and LV products that are routinely part of complete electrical packaged solutions in substations and power plants.
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager for our Data Center and Semi-Conductor Sales Vertical. This position will be based in Raleigh, NC or Houston, TX.
This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data from multiple internal systems and customer relationship platforms to drive business decisions
- Developing financial models, forecasts, and performance insights supporting sales growth and strategic planning
- Designing and delivering executive‑level dashboards, reports, and presentations using modern data visualization tools
- Partnering with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable, tailored analytics solutions
- Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reporting systems and databases
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior analysts while promoting best practices in analytics and reporting
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
- 10+ years of experience supporting sales organizations, including incentives, quotas, performance metrics, and key indicators
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with enterprise systems including customer relationship platforms and financial databases
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related analytical or business discipline
- Experience designing enterprise‑scale reporting architectures and predictive analytics models
- Proven experience building executive dashboards and delivering insights to senior leadership
- Experience supporting marketing analytics, digital campaigns, and outreach performance measurement
- Background working with large‑scale enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, cloud analytics tools, or incentive management systems
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital
marketing tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
