Your mission in our team as Project Finance Manager - Sales & Bids


You will be the financial heartbeat of our Sales & Bid area. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between technical innovation and commercial success. Your focus will be ensuring that every opportunity aligns with our vision while securing sustainable growth and financial health for our projects.

Challenges that await

  • Lead the financial preparation and strategy for complex local and international bids.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and regional teams to analyze tender documents and define winning proposals.
  • Manage the full bid lifecycle, from initial costing, pricing, and cash flow planning to contract conclusion.
  • Drive competitive pricing tactics and risk management to maximize success and minimize exposure.
  • Represent the company in financial negotiations with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee essential administrative aspects, including guarantees, insurance, invoicing, and compliance.
What will make your application stand out

Experience (around 4 years) in financial project functions.
A solid background in managing complex projects, balancing financial rigor with strategic vision.
Proficiency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively across borders.
Familiarity with business administration tools and processes (knowledge of systems like Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, or PM@Siemens is highly valued).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support and guide diverse teams.
