As a vital member of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings Maritime business, within our Global suppression/extinguishing unit, you'll contribute directly to safeguarding lives and assets at sea.

Your Mission & Key Contributions: 

In this position, you will be instrumental in our growth and market presence. Your responsibilities will include: 

Complete a broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, service, maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems. 

Determines priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly. 

Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.

Contributes to or conducts the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories. 

Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management. 

Adheres to relevant processes and regulations. 

May manage sub-contractors and monitors delivery. 

May be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.

Who We're Looking For: 

We're seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. 

Proven Expertise: A strong track record within the Marine Business. Expertise in Water Mist, Low Pressure CO2 and/or after sales would be an advantage. 

Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential. Proficiency in other European languages is a significant advantage. 

Meticulous & Accurate: A meticulous approach to work, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. 

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is expected. 

Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
