What you will do:
  • Develop and secure energy-saving project opportunities by promoting integrated solutions, including Chiller Plant & HVAC optimization, ESCO models, and HVAC system migration.
  • Build and manage strategic customer relationships, positioning value-driven solutions aligned with operational efficiency and sustainability goals.
  • Lead end-to-end sales execution, including proposal development, budgeting, cost estimation, bid preparation, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, financially sound, and compliant project submissions.
  • Achieve annual sustainability business targets by converting opportunities into orders and delivering Order Intake (OI), revenue, margin, and profitability goals.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a major in Electrical Engineering or, preferably, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in engineering or sales within energy-saving projects, building automation, or HVAC systems.
  • Refrigeration and Air conditioning Technician B (冷棟空調乙級技術士以上專業證照) is preferred. 
  • Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
