Performance Controlling Intern

You'll make a difference by:

• Supporting monthly performance closing and reporting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial insights for management decision-making.
• Assisting in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis to track KPIs and business performance.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including data consolidation and financial analysis.
• Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across projects and business units.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Project Management) to gather inputs for performance reviews.
• Contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives, including enhancement of reporting tools and templates.

Your defining qualities:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with regional stakeholders.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in financial controlling and business performance management.
