The Demand Planning Intern will support the MEA Zone Planning team in analyzing & consolidating report, preparing demand forecasts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely planning. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and eager to learn the fundamentals of supply chain and forecasting in a fast-paced business environment.

Your role:

  • Assist in preparing monthly demand forecasts for various markets and product categories.
  • Support the team in analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Help update and maintain forecasting tools, dashboards, and planning systems (Kinaxis, Excel, Power BI).
  • Participate in demand review meetings and document key insights and action items.
  • Track and monitor forecast accuracy and bias KPIs, proposing improvements where needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports for Zone review cycles.
  • Collaborate with Sales, BU Manager, and Supply teams to gather input and validate demand numbers.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, data cleaning, and other planning tasks as required.

Your expertise:

  • Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s in business administration, management, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Excel Mandatory (data consolidation, pivot tables, lookup functions); familiarity with power BI is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn multi-country planning dynamics.
  • Experience with Kinaxis is a plus.
