Main Responsibilities 主要职责 
• Set department vision and short/mid-term goals for continuous improvement, especially to reduce complexity, drive down costs, shorten lead times and improve quality. Develop and implement concrete initiatives to meet the goals and define KPIs to monitor progress. 
为持续改进制定部门愿景和短期/中期目标,尤其是降低复杂性、降低成本、缩短交付周期和提高质量。制定并实施具体计划,以实现目标,并定义KPI,以监控进度。 
• Coordinate department daily activities and resource allocation to meet frequently fluctuating workload and to ensure that engineering work during order execution is completed on time and meets customer specification as well as relevant regional/international standards (IEC/GB/DL, etc.). 
协调部门日常活动和资源分配,以满足经常变动的工作量,确保订单执行期间的工程工作按时完成,并符合客户规范以及相关区域/国际标准(IEC/GB/DL 等)。 
• Define performance targets for the team and regularly monitor achievement status. Develop capabilities of the team to continuously strengthen Engineering as one of the core competencies in SSLS 
确定团队的绩效目标,并定期监控绩效状态。发展团队的能力,以持续加强工程设计,将其作为SSLS 的核心竞争力之一 
• Provide cost center budget and investment plan for each fiscal year for approval. Examine and approve cost center payout. 
提供每个会计年度的成本中心预算和投资计划供批准。审批成本中心支出。 
• Pro-actively support Center of Competence in proposing optimum solutions to customer requests. Maximize the use simple and standard design (minimize complex DTOs), while not compromising high customer satisfaction. 
积极支持客户中心针对客户要求提出最佳解决方案。最大限度地使用简单和标准的设计(尽量减少复杂的DTO),同时不影响客户的高满意度。 
• Support other SSLS departments (e.g. Operations, R&D etc.) by providing engineering expertise whenever necessary, e.g. during troubleshooting in production, conducting of FATs etc.  
支持其他SSLS 部门(如运营部、研发部等),必要时提供工程专业知识,如在生产过程中进行故障排除、执行FAT 等。 
• Lead or support the implementation of digitalization projects, drive workforce transformation. 
领导或支持数字化项目的实施,促进劳动力转型。 
• Lead the innovation and change, develop team and team members’ capabilities. 
引领变革和创新计划,管理团队发展及团队成员的能力发展。 
• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. 
执行直线经理分配的其他任务/职责。 

Main Requirements 主要职位要求 
• Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering, machinery manufacturing, electrical, etc Finance preferred. 
本科或以上学历,专业为工程、机械制造、电气等。 
• Power Distribution business with a solid knowledge about market, competitors and Siemens scope of products/services. 
对市场配电业务竞争对手和西门子的产品/服务范围有深入了解。 
• MV products and systems, market requirements and key criteria for effective product differentiation.  
中压产品和系统、市场要求和有效产品差异化的关键标准。 
• Growth mindset, With working experience in digital solutions. 
具备成长思维,熟悉数字解决方案。 
• Experience of leading medium/large-size teams. 
具备领导中型/大型团队的经验。 
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment with international teams and different company cultures.  
能够在跨文化环境中与国际团队和不同公司文化合作。 
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in oral and written. 
流利的英语和普通话口语和书面表达能力。 
• Team player, customer and result oriented and Good communication skills.
