At Siemens, we’re building a world we’re proud to hand over to the next generation. As a Student Worker within Nordic IT, you will support Siemens’ journey towards becoming a more data‑ and AI‑enabled company, contributing to our North Star of being a leading player in industrial AI.

If you’re interested in AI and eager to gain real, hands-on experience in a global company, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role
Join our dynamic Nordic IT team and become part of a supportive, friendly, and collaborative environment. We value creative thinking, fresh ideas, and smarter ways of working. As a Student Worker, you’ll get broad exposure to data, and AI initiatives, all while working closely with dedicated colleagues and managers across the Nordics.

Depending on your background and interests, your tasks may include:
  • Collaborating closely with IT, business, and transformation teams to implement global initiatives into a local context related to Data, AI, process improvement, and global IT-initiatives
  • Contribute to AI-related use cases, proof-of-concepts, or adoption activities (e.g., GenAI, AI Agents).
  • Assist with process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and materials for stakeholders.
  • Support change management, communication, and training activities related to new IT or Data/AI tools

Who You Are
You bring positive energy, curiosity, and a strong interest in IT, digitalization, AI, and business transformation. You may not have all the answers yet, but you’re proactive, engaged, and comfortable taking responsibility for your work. You have an analytical mindset and a structured way of working, thriving even when things move quickly.

You communicate clearly and professionally and are comfortable working with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams. Importantly, you are ambitious, have high standards for yourself, and are eager to develop your skills in a complex, global environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • You are currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor or Master) in IT, Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or a similar field
  • You are in your 3rd or 4th year of studies, or pursuing a Master’s degree (minimum one year of studies remaining)
  • You have very good English skills (written and spoken). Swedish or other Scandinavian languages are also a plus
  • You are comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams)
  • You are structured with an analytical mindset and can work effectively with a lot of information
  • You are very interested in AI and Data tech stacks
  • Most importantly, you are motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow, with a strong ambition to develop yourself in a global environment!

What We Offer
Joining Siemens as a Student Worker means stepping into a flexible part-time role that allows you to balance work with your studies. Typically, students work approximately 40% (around 2 days a week) with flexible hours. You’ll receive a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and the chance to gain hands-on experience in a global IT environment. We value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
