You'll make an impact by

• Leverage data analytics to deliver strategic and decision-making insights for management.
• Consolidate budgets, including top-down and bottom-up plans, and proceed with revolving mid-term planning and periodic forecasts during the year.
• Perform comparisons of Actual vs. Plan, and pursue the effects of agreed measures.
• Analyze and evaluate cost structures, and improve the dependent cost accounting system.
• Provide regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommend actions to accountable management.
• Carry out analyses and profitability calculations.
• Contribute to conceptual and project work related to controlling.
• Spearhead the implementation and optimization of digital controlling tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and insights.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven track record of 8+ years in a senior controlling or finance business partnering role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with different stakeholders.
• Professional in using office tool，including SAP，excel，thinkcell etc.Advanced proficiency in digital tools is highly preferred, eg: AI, power BI
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
