  • You play a key role in implementing customer requirements for our systems and in examining existing functionalities in detail.

  • You act as the link between hardware and software integration and are responsible for adapting assay operability on the device.

  • You already have initial experience in software development projects, ideally as a software developer or systems engineer in agile project organizations with international, distributed teams.
  • You do not have a university degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training in a technical field (e.g., IT specialist, mathematical-technical software developer, or technical assistant for computer science) combined with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this area.
  • You bring solid expertise in collaborative coordination with adjacent departments, customers, suppliers, and technical partners, and you have successfully managed complex communication processes.
  • Ideally, you have strong experience in debugging, troubleshooting, or log file analysis and are proficient with suitable tools to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the Siemens Healthineers environment and are familiar with the relevant regulatory requirements.
  • You have a strong affinity for technologies (C# and .NET Core/6+), particularly AI-supported tools and ways of working.

Your attributes and skills:

  • You impress with excellent German and English language skills that enable you to communicate effortlessly with various business units and cultures within an international corporation.
  • You manage tasks in a structured manner, set priorities consciously, and develop solutions that are effective in the short term and sustainable in the long term.
  • You identify the need for action at an early stage, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and solutions.
  • Even in complex or time-critical situations, you make well-founded, transparent decisions and stand by them.
  • You represent positions objectively and consistently, moderate conflicts constructively, and implement necessary measures in a targeted manner.
  • You quickly grasp complex technical interrelationships, analyze root causes precisely, and develop robust solution approaches.
  • You work constructively with colleagues from various departments, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to a positive team environment.
