We are looking for an SAP EWM Support Specialist - 1st & 2nd Level

You’ll make a difference by:

In this position, you will be part of the global SAP EWM support organization at Siemens Mobility, supporting a cross-plant warehouse management system within a complex and continuously evolving IT landscape.

  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support for SAP EWM applications across multiple plants.
  • Receiving, prioritizing, and resolving incidents in the SAP EWM environment.
  • Creating support tickets, performing initial analysis, and coordinating escalations to 2nd level support or development teams.
  • Supporting end users in day-to-day SAP EWM processes, RF transactions, and system workflows.
  • Communicating workarounds, system information, and status updates clearly and effectively to users.
  • Performing technical analysis and debugging of SAP EWM issues.
  • Closely collaborating with developers and consultants to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Supporting developers with error reproduction and preparation of technical solution concepts.
  • Participating in testing, quality assurance activities, and releases following bug fixes.
  • Monitoring and supporting integrated SAP interfaces such as IDoc, MFS, and RFUI.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Supporting SAP EWM migration projects on a global scale.
  • Contributing to the conceptual design of new warehouse structures for existing and new plants and integrating them into the current system landscape.
  • Implementing SAP customizing activities, including development specifications and solution acceptance.
  • Developing and implementing solutions together with internal and external interface partners.
  • Identifying cross-system improvement opportunities and contributing to the continuous optimization of the system landscape.

You’ll win us over by:

  • You hold a completed Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification combined with relevant additional certifications and several years of proven professional experience.
  • You have extensive, hands-on experience with SAP EWM and MM-IM; knowledge of additional SAP modules such as PP or WM is an advantage.
  • You have a strong understanding of logistics processes and their technical implementation in SAP systems.
  • You possess experience in SAP ABAP debugging or demonstrate strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
  • You are able to analyze issues in a structured manner and develop sustainable solutions.
  • You are motivated to further develop your career towards development, customizing, or senior support roles.
  • You bring experience in project management and sound knowledge of warehouse and production logistics processes.
