Main Responsibilities
• Fulfill assigned industries (Chemical) target and gross margin assigned  
• Lead all bidding activities between bid or no bid (PM020) and Project handover (PM080)
• Win & Loss analysis after win or lost (PM070)
• Maintain assigned industry’s target pipeline in assigned area
• Motivate sales to do solution business in assigned area. 
• Be master to innovate digital solution from studying up-to-date SIEMENS digital portfolios or other known digital solutions from 3rd party.

Main Requirements
• Bachelor or above in automation and digitalization related majors
• 3 years or above working experiences in Chemical, at least 3 years of experiences in automation and digitalization. 
• At least 2 years of Siemens PA product application experience
• Project implementation, project management or bidding experience in assigned industries is MUST.
• Be familiar with SIEMENS DI portfolio in assigned industries user cases assigned.
• Have basic know-how in assigned industries, especially those related to the user cases assigned
• Have solid understanding of Industry 4.0 and Digitalization topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Customer focus and oriented
• Self-motivated, and Responsible
• Basic oral and written English
• Frequent travel needed
