Then come and join our global team as the Business Administration Professional (Finance) to contribute In-vivo Commercial Process by ensuring flawless operation as a member of Sales Commercial /OTO Team
 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Review, analyze, and interpret commercial terms, offer conditions, and contracts to ensure alignment with business and financial objectives
  • Execute commercial, administrative, and financial activities related to In-Vivo equipment sales in line with internal policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate end-to-end commercial processes in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams across relevant Business Areas
  • Take ownership of overall commercial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective execution
  • Prepare ad-hoc and regular commercial reports to support management decision-making
  • Manage tender documentation and lead bid preparation processes for public sector and government customers
  • Oversee pricing, quotation processes, and contract management for private sector customers
  • Support profitable and accountable business execution by managing key commercial sales and bid management activities within the assigned scope of responsibility
  • Participate in negotiations of commercial terms and conditions for both local and international customers, in accordance with internal guidelines and in coordination with cross-functional departments (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Logistics, Tax)
  • Analyze contractual and financial clauses, prepare bid documentation, and coordinate inputs with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and prioritize bidding activities from commercial, contractual, financial, and accounting perspectives, ensuring adherence to established commercial processes
  • Act as a key contributor in digitalization initiatives within commercial and financial processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of digital dashboards and reporting tools for financial KPIs and project profitability

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering Field
    • Good level of knowledge in MS Office Applications, SAP
    • Knowledge of compliance, commercial, negotiation and communication methods
    • Analytical thinking, problem-solving and good communication skills
    • Excellent command of English (German will be an asset)
