Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Siemens Mobility team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of complex mobility projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders and drive project success in a dynamic environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Project Planning & Definition:

o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
o Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and budget forecasts.
o Identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Project Execution & Monitoring:

o Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
o Oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, Siemens standards, and industry best practices.
o Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and manage interdependencies.
o Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing effective contingency plans.
o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
o Establish and maintain clear communication channels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements.
o Facilitate effective meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment and decision-making.

Financial Management:

o Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
o Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
o Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

o Ensure all project deliverables meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
o Adhere to all relevant Siemens policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
o Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• [3+] years of experience in project management, preferably within the transportation, rail, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI PMBOK, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project,).
• Ability to travel as required.

The base salary range for this position in Georgia is $91,086.00- $107,100.00. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $91,086.00 - $107,100.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
