We are looking for a Senior Solution Senior Solution Architect.

This position is based in Siemens FT D, Pune.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Defining and executing strategies to optimize and scale customer onboarding for BuildingX, Siemens’ AI‑enabled IoT platform for smart buildings.
• Driving onboarding activities across multiple SaaS applications within the BuildingX ecosystem.
• Establishing and governing an effective communication and collaboration model between global and regional teams.
• Leading a dynamic team of onboarding engineers—providing training, coaching, performance management, and capability development.
• Supporting pre‑sales and sales teams with pricing, scoping, and execution aspects related to customer onboarding.
• Collaborating closely with Product R&D teams to improve product quality, accelerate adoption, and elevate customer experience.

You’ll win us over by having:

• An engineering degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
• Proven experience enabling organizations to scale and optimize operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing mid‑sized teams.
• A strong growth mindset with a passion for building team capabilities and expanding service offerings.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IoT, cloud platforms, or building automation domains.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes for enterprise SaaS products.
• Exposure to global delivery models and cross‑regional collaboration.
