We are looking for Senior ML Architect 

You’ll break new ground by: 

• In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable 

cloud-based machine learning solutions specifically for the PDQO domains, while 

providing technical and project leadership to team members. 

• Compose, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for various use 

cases to improve our internal processes, such as demand forecasting, logistics planning, 

quality processes in factories 

• Share a point of view in ML engineering procedures, including data preprocessing, model 

training, evaluation, deployment, and incorporating MLOps and LLMOps approaches for 

scalable and maintainable PDQO solutions. You will also provide hands-on architectural 

design and, at times, direct solution creation. 

• Lead ML projects within the domains from conception to deployment, translating 

business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery, effective 

demand management, and alignment with strategic business objectives. 

• Mentor junior team members and give to the overall skill development within the team, 

encouraging a culture of continuous learning and perfection in ML. 

• Work closely with an international team of a diverse group of backgrounds, including 

engineers, product managers, and business customers, to integrate AI solutions into 

existing systems and workflows. 

• Clearly articulate technical concepts and business-specific ML solutions to non-technical 

participants and team members and comfort with proactively raising concerns, 

suggesting alternatives, and engaging in constructive debate when appropriate, 

especially regarding challenges and opportunities. 

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: 

• A university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, 

Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in software 

engineering, data science, or related fields with cloud-based ML architectures and 

deployments. 

• Proven experience and a strong understanding of at least one of the business domains 

PDQO (Procurement, Deliver, Quality, Operations), its processes, and challenges. 

• Proven track record to lead and deliver projects, including demand and project 

management responsibilities 

• Strong Proficiency in programming languages such as Python. 

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). 

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML/AI services. 

• Familiarity with large language models and natural language processing as well as 

experience with LLM frameworks (ADK, langchain, promptflow). 

• Experience with API/MCP design and integration patterns. 

• Knowledge of security procedures for ML systems and data protection, big data 

technologies (Snowflake, Spark). 

• Knowledge of software development protocols, including version control (e.g., GitLab) 

and collaborative coding.
