1. Technical Solution Design & Optimization
Support in architecting and deploying optimized technical solutions based on industry best practices.
Assist in creating standardization and differentiation in solution design for various customer requirements.
Review technical requirements and contribute to preparing technical offers with design optimization.

2. Partner Enablement & Training
Deliver or support product-related and technical certification training for partners.
Conduct partner orientation programs to enhance technical understanding and readiness.

3. Pre Sales Engineering Support
Engage with sales teams to analyze customer requirements and provide technical insights.
Assist in preparing technical BOQs, solution proposals, and technical documentation.

4. Commissioning & Installation Support
Provide remote or onsite commissioning support to partners for solution deployment.
Support installation activities and troubleshooting during solution implementation.

5. Technical Assistance & Service Support
Address product-related queries, design support queries (online/offline), and technical troubleshooting requests.
Support RMA (warranty) processes and service-related requests with timely coordination.

6. Knowledge Sharing & Competency Building
Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams and partners.
Contribute to developing technical competency within partner ecosystem and sales teams.

7. Industry Trends & Competition Benchmarking
Maintain updated knowledge of industry best practices, competitor technologies, and emerging trends.
Provide periodic technical advisory and benchmarking insights to support the sales organization.

Education: B.Tech
Experience : Graduate Engineering Trainee, or ~1 year of experience
